  • Refunds are available on a prorated basis for unused tokens/credits. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment.
  • Tokens/credits consumed during the billing cycle are deducted from any refundable amount.

5. Ownership of User-Generated Content

All content generated using SubPals is fully owned by you, the user. SubPals does not retain any ownership rights to your generated content. However, you are solely responsible for how the generated content is used and its compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use SubPals for any of the following:

  • Generating content that promotes hate speech, violence, fraud, harassment, or any unlawful activity.
  • Misusing the platform to create misleading, malicious, or defamatory content.
  • Violating the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Bypassing, interfering with, or undermining the platform’s security measures.
  • Using SubPals to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

While SubPals utilizes third-party AI technologies designed to minimize harmful or inappropriate outputs, we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy or oversight of all generated content. You acknowledge and accept these risks when using the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and platform features are the intellectual property of SubPals. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use these assets without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SubPals is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for your needs. SubPals disclaims all liability for the content generated by third-party AI services used in our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubPals is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes damages resulting from errors or omissions in the content generated by our AI tools.

10. Changes to the Terms
