At SubPals, we strive to provide exceptional services and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are issued, the process for requesting refunds, and the conditions that apply.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • You have requested a cancellation within 30 days of your payment.
  • Your account usage shows that a significant portion of the allocated tokens/credits for the billing period remains unused.
  • Refunds will be prorated based on the tokens/credits provided and the tokens/credits consumed.

We are unable to issue refunds for:

  • Services already consumed in full.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after payment.

2. Refund Calculation

Refunds are prorated based on:

  • The number of unused tokens/credits relative to the total tokens/credits allocated for the billing cycle.
  • The value of the plan you purchased.
  • Applicable transaction fees (e.g., 2% credit card processing fees and $0.45 per transaction fee) that cannot be refunded by third-party processors.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide the following details:
    • Your account email address.
    • The payment date and transaction ID.
    • Reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.


4. Refunds for Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with our platform that prevent you from using our services, we encourage you to contact our support team. Refunds or adjustments may be offered if:

  • Technical issues are confirmed to have significantly impacted your ability to use the platform.
  • You notify us within a reasonable time frame.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to your plan features until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made unless you reactivate your subscription.

6. Exceptions

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Failure to use the allocated tokens/credits during the billing cycle.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, as we utilize third-party AI services, and results may vary based on input.
